Overview

Ontora wanted merch their team would actually reach for, not another box of swag buried in a closet. We put together three pieces: washed black dad caps with an embroidered lockup, heavyweight hoodies with the wordmark on the chest, and oversized tees with a small logo up front and a standalone icon on the back. Same colorway across everything so it feels like a real set, not a random grab bag. The kind of stuff founders wear to demo day and keep pulling on long after.

How we delivered
