How many colors can you screen print?
We handle up to 8+ colors per location. Per-unit cost increases with each additional color due to separate screen setup, so simpler designs are more cost-effective at lower quantities.
What file format do I need for screen printing?
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is what screen printing needs. If you only have a raster file, send it with your request. Artwork vectorization is available for an additional fee based on the complexity of the artwork.
What is discharge printing?
Discharge printing removes the dye from the garment and replaces it with ink, creating a soft, vintage hand feel. It works best on dark 100% cotton garments.
Can you print on both sides of a garment?
Yes. Front and back prints are common. Each location requires its own screen setup, so multi-location orders are priced per placement.
