Shipping & returns
The rules we hold ourselves to on wholesale orders. Anything specific to your run (lead time, ship date, payment terms) is confirmed in your written quote.

Lead times and transit
Lead times depend on inventory, decoration handoff, and carrier transit. We provide a committed window on your quote or order acknowledgment, not from generic website copy alone.
Domestic shipping
Most wholesale orders ship via commercial parcel or LTL carriers. Service level (standard vs expedited) and billing party (prepaid vs collect) are confirmed per order.
Tracking
Once your order ships we send carrier tracking by email. For LTL freight, the carrier coordinates delivery scheduling with the contact on the order.
International
We primarily serve the US. International orders are handled case by case. The buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, customs filings, and any product compliance in the destination country unless the invoice explicitly states otherwise.
Samples before a bulk run
Sample units are available for most styles so you can check fabric, fit, and color before committing to a full order. Note the styles and sizes you want to sample in your quote and we confirm pricing and availability.
Returns and exchanges
Custom decorated goods (screen print, embroidery, and DTG) are produced to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Confirm artwork, sizes, and colors before you approve production. Defects and our own errors are always covered, and are handled under Defects, shortages, and claims below.
Undecorated blanks may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the buyer. Email us with your order reference before sending anything back, so we can issue a return authorization. Blanks that were special-ordered or sourced specifically for you are not returnable.
When a return or replacement is needed because of our error (wrong item, wrong decoration, or a defect), we cover return shipping, send a prepaid label, and charge no restocking fee.
Defects, shortages, and claims
Inspect your order on arrival. Report defects, shortages, or mis-picks within 5 business days of delivery, with photos and your order reference. Claims raised after that window may not be eligible, because we lose our own recourse with the mill, the carrier, and our decoration partners.
As is standard for decorated apparel, a production run may ship up to 3% over or under the ordered quantity, and you are invoiced for what actually ships. If you need an exact count, tell us and we will build the overage into your quote. Shortages beyond 3% are treated as a claim.
Approved claims are resolved by reprinting or replacing the affected pieces, by a credit, or by a refund for the affected pieces, at our option. We do not refund an entire order for a defect that affects part of it.
Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking stops moving or a delivery does not arrive, tell us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date and we file the carrier claim on your behalf. Keep all packaging and pallets until a damage claim is resolved, because carriers routinely require an inspection. Do not refuse a damaged freight delivery without telling us first: note the damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us.
Cancellations
Before you approve your proof, you can cancel for a full refund of anything you have paid, less any costs already incurred on your behalf (artwork prep, embroidery digitizing, screen setup, or blanks sourced specifically for your order). We will itemize those costs rather than estimate them.
After you approve your proof, production has started: blanks are committed and decoration is scheduled. Orders cannot be cancelled at that point and deposits are non-refundable. This is the reason we do not start until you have signed off in writing.
Rush orders
Rush timelines assume print-ready artwork and same-day proof approval. If artwork or approval slips, the rush date moves with it. Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins, and rush orders cannot be cancelled after proof approval. A rush order that misses its date because of our error is refunded the rush fee.
Need a guaranteed date?
Send your items, quantities, delivery address, and the date you need them by through Request a quote, and we confirm your ship date in writing.
