Lead times and transit

Lead times depend on inventory, finishing (for example garment dye), decoration handoff, and carrier transit. We provide a committed window on your quote or order acknowledgment, not from generic website copy alone.

Domestic shipping

Most wholesale orders ship via commercial parcel or LTL carriers. Service level (standard vs expedited) and billing party (prepaid vs collect) are confirmed per order.

International

International buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs filings, and any product compliance in the destination country unless the invoice explicitly states otherwise.

Claims and returns

Wholesale claims can cover clear defects, shortages, or mis-picks versus confirmed order details. Contact support quickly with photos and your order reference. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund based on claim type and documentation.
