- Separate the team headcount from the item count. Ten people getting a tee and hoodie need 10 of each, or 20 pieces before spares.
- Decoration method
- Send the original artwork, intended dimensions and placements. Compare a compact embroidered logo with printing for a larger graphic; the final method is confirmed for the garment.
- Quantity and size mix
- List quantities by style, color and size. Apparel minimums apply per design and color, and accessory minimums vary by product.
- Blank selection
- Choose the fit, fabric and weight before collecting sizes. Compare the actual garment measurements rather than assuming the same letter size fits every style.
- Packing and delivery
- List individual kits, shipping destinations and receiving contacts. Packing, shipping and handling costs are confirmed with the delivery plan.
- Launch deadline
- Share the needed arrival date separately from Demo Day or the event date. Allow time to receive and distribute the pieces; rush availability and fees require confirmation.

Can I order a small first run to test quality?
Yes. Apparel starts at 12 pieces per design and color, blank or decorated, so a small paid first run can help you evaluate fit and decoration. Accessory minimums vary by product. Physical sample details, costs and timing are confirmed with the project.
Do you help with design or just production?
Artwork and design are typically a separate commission. Customers work with available designers or artists and agree the rate together in the portal. If you have a logo, we help get it print-ready.
Can I set up a recurring merch program?
Yes. Start each run from your earlier order with the reorder link. An unchanged reorder keeps the same blanks, colors, decoration specifications, and pricing as the original order. A fresh quote is needed when you change the order.
Do you ship to distributed teams?
Yes. Delivery is available worldwide. Individual packing, kit assembly, and shipping to multiple addresses are available. Customers cover all shipping costs, confirmed with the delivery plan. Include the number of delivery addresses in your quote request.
