Our minimum is just 3 pieces per style and color, the same whether you're ordering blanks or custom decorated merch. Submit your project and we'll reply with a written quote covering exact pricing and any style-specific details.

Because a list price would be wrong for almost every order. What you pay depends on the blank, the decoration method, how many print locations and ink colors you use, your quantity, and your deadline. Instead of a generic number that changes the moment you tell us what you actually need, we send written pricing for your exact run, usually within one business day. It's free, there's no obligation, and there are no surprise totals.

Getting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you decide to go ahead, your written quote spells out the payment terms for your order, including any deposit, before production starts. You approve the pricing, the mockup, and the timeline in writing first, so there is never a charge you didn't see coming.

Yes. We run samples ahead of any bulk order so you can check fabric, fit, and color before committing to the full run. Tick the sample option on your quote request and we'll include sample pricing and timing in the written quote we send back.

For a general adult group, a reliable split is about 10-15% S, 25-30% M, 25-30% L, 15-20% XL, and 10% 2XL, rounding toward M and L. For teams under about 30 people, collecting real sizes beats any curve. Include your headcount or collected sizes in the quote form and we sanity-check the split before production.

Yes. Many of our orders come from startups, school clubs, and small teams placing their first merch run. We offer a low 3-piece minimum, blank selection guidance, decoration method recommendations, and written pricing so you know exactly what to expect before committing.

Yes. Per-piece pricing drops as quantity grows because setup costs spread across more garments. Pricing improves noticeably at 25+ pieces, and 50+ is usually the best value for hoodies and hats. We send exact written pricing per order, usually within one business day.

The fastest way is to reply to your confirmation email, which keeps everything in the same thread. Every request also gets an 8-character reference (on the success screen and in the confirmation email). Save it: if you email later, start a new note on Contact, or reorder, paste that reference so we can match it to the same project. No reference? Company name, approximate date, or project name still works.

We stock blanks we'd wear ourselves, not the cheapest thing on the sheet: tees from 185 GSM through 250 GSM heavyweight, and fleece for hoodies, crewnecks, and sweatpants from 330 GSM up to 500 GSM. Every style lists its weight, fabric, and fit, or tell us the feel you're after and we'll recommend options on your quote.

Check your order when it lands. If anything is misprinted, damaged, or short, send us photos and the count and we'll make it right; the claims process and reporting window are on our shipping page. Custom decorated goods can't be returned for a change of mind, which is exactly why every order gets a written quote and an approved mockup before production.

Yes. We work with vetted decoration partners for screen printing, embroidery, and DTG. You can supply your own files or we can assist with design direction. File prep guidelines are in the quote form when you choose custom print.

We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution PNG files. Screen printing requires vector artwork. Full guidelines are in the custom print section of the quote form.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF) are always print-ready. A PNG works when it has a transparent background and is roughly 300 DPI at the final print size. If you're unsure, send what you have with your quote request: we review every file and flag anything that needs fixing before production.

We help with blank selection, decoration method guidance, placement recommendations, and file preparation. If you have a logo or concept, we can advise on how to translate it into clean print or embroidery output. For full design creation, we can connect you with partners.

Every decorated order gets a digital mockup to approve before production. We adjust artwork size, placement, and colors until it looks right, and nothing prints without your sign-off. Changes requested after approval can affect cost and timeline, and we confirm any impact in writing before proceeding.
Yes. Your artwork stays yours, and so does anything we help you refine for print. You can resell what we produce: creators, brands, and clubs sell our work at drops, events, and online. We only ask that you have the rights to the artwork you send us, which matters most for logos, licensed characters, and university marks.

Standard blanks are typically available within 1-2 weeks. Custom decorated orders range from 3-4 weeks depending on decoration method, quantity, and current queue. Delivery dates are always confirmed on your quote before production starts.

Most custom orders depend on blank availability, decoration method, approval speed, and shipping distance. With in-stock blanks and print-ready artwork, simple screen print or embroidery runs can be produced in as few as 5-7 business days. Rush timelines may be possible when artwork and sizing are finalized quickly. Standard decorated runs take 3-4 weeks.

We primarily serve the US. International orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Include your destination in the quote form and we'll confirm availability and shipping options.
We confirm a delivery window in writing before production starts, and we don't commit to dates we can't hit. If anything threatens that window, like a blank going out of stock or artwork needing another pass, we tell you immediately and work out the fastest path with you rather than letting the date slip quietly. Tell us your hard deadline in the quote form and we plan the run around it.

Yes. We ship anywhere in the US via commercial parcel or freight for larger runs, and we email carrier tracking as soon as your order ships. Delivery windows are confirmed in writing on your quote.
