Common questions
Production timing depends on blank availability, decoration method, approvals, and shipping distance. Share the required date in your quote request and we will confirm feasibility and timing in writing.
Your written quote covers your chosen garments, decoration, quantity, packing, and delivery needs. Advertised package prices are planning estimates; the quote confirms the price for your order. Quotes are free. We reply within 24 hours and prepare written pricing once the details are confirmed.
Decoration options, including screen printing, embroidery, and DTG, are reviewed for each project. Artwork and design are typically a separate commission. Customers work with available designers or artists and agree the rate together in the portal. File prep guidelines are in the quote form when you choose custom print.
