Can you guarantee delivery before my event?
We confirm your ship date in writing on the quote before production starts. Tell us the event date and delivery address up front and we plan the run backward from that date, including a buffer where the calendar allows.
How late can I order event shirts?
Rush orders take 1 to 5 business days after finalized artwork and all order details are received, with rush fees, through arrival. Send your quote request with the date you need the order in hand so we can confirm the timing in writing.
Can I mix sizes and shirt versions in one order?
Yes. You can spread one design across any size mix, and attendee, staff, and volunteer versions can run in the same order. Each distinct design or ink color counts as its own setup, which we itemize on the written quote.
What does an event t-shirt run cost?
It depends on quantity, blank tier, ink colors, and how many shirt versions you run (attendee, staff, volunteer). Per-piece pricing improves as the quantity grows. We reply within 24 hours. Your written quote confirms exact numbers once the details are settled, with no surprise totals.
We only have a rough logo. Can you still print?
Send what you have with your quote request. We review every file, flag anything that needs fixing, and help with placement, sizing, and simple cleanup so the artwork prints clean.
Can you do more than shirts for an event?
Yes. Event kits often add lanyards, badge holders, custom pins, socks, and drinkware alongside tees and hats. If you need something we do not stock, special requests are welcome. Tell us what you have in mind and we will source and decorate it.
