• Business contact details you enter on quote, contact, or program forms (for example name, company, email, phone, shipping region, and message content).
• Technical data typical of websites, such as IP address, device type, and basic logs used for security and reliability.
• Optional uploads when you attach artwork, tech packs, or PDFs where the form allows it.

How we use information

We use submissions to respond to requests, prepare quotes, operate accounts, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use third-party processors (for example email, hosting, and CRM providers) under agreements that limit their use to providing the service.

Retention

We keep form and email records long enough to fulfill requests, meet recordkeeping needs, and resolve disputes. Exact retention depends on the channel and whether an order relationship exists.

Email updates

If you join a mailing list, we send operational and marketing messages only as described at signup. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

Referral program

If you take part in our referral program, we process the referral relationship (who referred whom), referral link visits, referral identifiers, credit and redemption history, and the contact and order details needed to confirm eligibility and prevent abuse. Opening a referral link stores that referrer's identifier in your browser for 90 days so it can attach to a later quote request. After you provide an email while starting or saving a quote, we may also associate that code with a protected one-way version of the email for the same limited period. This preserves legitimate attribution if browser storage expires or is cleared without putting the email in the attribution lookup. A referrer is told when someone they referred requests a quote and when a credit is earned, and is never shown what that customer ordered or what it cost. International visitors

If you browse from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our vendors operate.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
