Business use
The catalog, calculators, and forms are intended for legitimate business inquiries. You agree to provide accurate company and contact information and not to misuse forms, uploads, or access paths (including attempting to bypass access controls on internal tools).
Who we sell to
We quote for businesses, startups, school and university clubs, student organizations, nonprofits, and creators. Orders start at a three-piece minimum per style and color, so you do not need a business account to order. For volume tiers and ongoing programs we may request business or organization documentation before confirming final commercial terms.
Quotes, orders, and pricing
Quotes are invitations to transact until accepted in writing by blankup. Final pricing, quantity breaks, deposits, taxes, and minimums are governed by your quote, order acknowledgment, and invoice.
Shipping and claims
Shipping, returns, defect and shortage reporting deadlines, restocking fees, cancellation rules, and claim handling are documented on Shipping & returns, and those terms apply to your order unless your written quote or order acknowledgment says otherwise.
Information on this site
Product descriptions, photos, and planning outputs are for convenience. Fabric, color, inventory, and pricing can change. Binding terms appear on written quotes, order acknowledgments, and invoices, not on marketing pages alone.
Intellectual property
blankup branding, site design, and original content are owned by blankup or its licensors. You may not copy or scrape the site for competing databases without permission. Your artwork and trademarks remain yours; you grant us a limited license to review files you submit for quoting and production.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use except where prohibited by law.
Disputes
Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and brought in courts located there, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products and operations change. The current version always lives on this page, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Terms tied to a specific order are fixed by the quote, order acknowledgment, and invoice for that order.
