Overview

The first run ended with a question. Louis wrote back about the white tees and dad caps we had just delivered and asked whether we could do the same shirt with the logo on the back too, or the company name. This is that shirt. Everything that worked the first time is untouched: the same white blank, the same single black, the same pipe mark held small on the left chest so it reads as a detail and not a billboard. The one new thing is the back, and it is the wordmark alone, set high between the shoulders at the size a name should be when it is the only thing back there. No graphic under it, no tagline, no second color. screenpipe runs quietly on your own machine, and their merch has always made the same argument, so the second run gets louder in exactly one place and nowhere else.

Where things stand

  1. screenpipe came back after the July run asking for the wordmark on the back. We proofed it on the same white tee and left the front exactly as it shipped.
  2. Front holds the pipe mark small on the left chest. The back carries the wordmark on its own, set high between the shoulders.
  3. Approved September 5 and in production now.
